Released the book “Seeds of Hate: Bangladesh’s Extremist Surge:Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh & other radical organisations” at IIC. Authored by eminent Bangladeshi journalist & thinker Shahriar Kabir, who has been imprisoned & ET journalist and author Dipanjan Roy Chaudhury, the book is the first of its kind compendium and contains in-depth information on 6 Islamist radical organisations. Former HC to Bangladesh & former Deputy NSA Amb Pankaj Saran, former MoS External Affairs M.J.Akbar, Senior Fellow MPIDSA, Smruti Pattnaik, eminent author and thinker Prof Hindol Sengupta, were present.
