At Agra today, visited Venerable Bhadant Anand Ji, President of Akhil Bharatiya Bhikkhu Mahasangh. As energetic as ever, Ven. Anand Ji retains an encyclopaedic knowledge and memory of the Buddhist movement of the last 5 decades in India. Was interesting to discuss a number of issues with him. The Purvodaya Buddha Vihar, run by the Bauddha Vihar Prabhandha Samiti, was inaugurated by Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar, on 18 March, 1956.
