Specially lauded was Prime Minister’s historic and unprecedented effort in successfully repatriating the sacred Piprahwah Gems Relics after 127 years. As part of the delegation led by Shri Tarun Chugh, called on His Eminence Yongzin Ling Rinpoche, His Eminence Kundeling Tsatsak Rinpoche, His Eminence Gyabong Tikku of Kinnaur. Also met and interacted with Indian monks from the Himalayan region. Our interactions and discussions reflected PM Shri Narendra Modi’s and Bharatiya Janata Party’s deep commitment to Buddhist heritage and welfare.
