On October 16, the Vivekananda International Foundation (VIF), in collaboration with the Embassy of Russia in New Delhi, hosted a seminar to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the India-Russia Strategic Partnership, signed in October 2000. The inaugural session was honored by the presence of notable dignitaries, including Amb Harsh Vardhan Shringla, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, as the keynote speaker; H.E. Amb Denis Alipov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to India; and Amb Venkatesh Varma, Distinguished Fellow, VIF, and member, NSAB. Dr. Arvind Gupta, Director, VIF, moderated the session.
