Also met and had a very interesting tete-a-tete with H.E. Dr Khy Sovanratana, Vice Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation, Royal Govt of Cambodia & Advisor to the Supreme Sangha Council of Cambodia. Till sometime back Dr Sovanratana was young, dynamic and widely popular monk. He gave up the Robe to come into active politics and is the youngest minister and equally popular. He is a great admirer of India.
