Notices are being sent to schools where students have expressed their opinion and protested against the #RGKarHospital. What they do beyond school hours should not be the concern of the govt. Mamata’s new circular reminds one of the infamously notorious “Carlyle Circular” of the British era, which forbade students from participating in protests and meetings!
