Felt honoured to deliver the Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee Memorial Lecture at the Mahabodhi Society of India, Vihara, in New Delhi today. At the peak of his public and political career between 1942 and 1953 Dr Mookerjee was also one of the most active Presidents of the Mahabodhi Society of India.
