At a packed to the brim Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee Bhasha Bhavan auditorium at the National Library, Kolkata, a special volume of 58 select speeches of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, translated in Bengali was released by the Chief Minister of Tripura Prof Dr Manik Saha. The first of its kind the varied speeches covering a decade – gives an insight into the governance vision-philosophy and action of Shri Narendra Modi as Chief Minister and as Prime Minister. It is necessary to know, study, absorb the saga of Chief Narendra Modi and the Gujarat model that attracted global adulation and recognition and through a decadal evolution to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s emerging #ViksitBharat model and narrative that is being recognised, scrutinised globally – each heralding a new era and vision of governance and of phases of peoples’ movement. Translated by Shri Rathin Bose, the SPMRF book release programme saw the presence of Padmashree Priti Kana Goswami, Padmashree Purna Das Baul, Dr Sarup Prasad Ghose, Shri Mangal Pandey, Minister of Health, Govt of Bihar, among others.
