Participated in an interesting interaction at Vivekananda International Foundation with H.E. Mr Maris Sangiampongsa, Foreign Minister of Thailand on “Towards the Asian Century of Dhamma”. I my intervention I spoke on the vision of the “Asian Century” as espoused by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, referred to Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee’s role in rekindling the civilisational Buddha – link between Bharat and Southeast Asia as president of Mahabodhi Society of India between 1942-1953. Was delighted to meet a number of my elder friends from the strategic community!
