Paid homage to Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee on his #BalidanDivas at Keoratala burning ghat in south Kolkata, at the very same spot where his mortal remains were consigned to flames. Read out a poignant report of his cremation that had appeared in the popular Bengali daily “Satya Yuga” on 25 June 1953. Was joined by my colleagues in the party and friends.
