On the occasion of #AzadiKaAmritMahotsav PM Shri @narendramodi’s call to commemorate unsung heroes of India’s freedom struggle has inspired many in many ways. At Ushagram Lokshiksha Niketan, in Birnagar, Nadia, we are working to set up a gallery dedicated to the unsung freedom fighters of undivided Nadia district. To be named after revolutionary Basanta Biswas (1895-1915), the gallery is coming up with support from the Union Ministry of Culture. Thanks to Shri @kishanreddybjp for responding to the proposal. To be ready by January 2024, the gallery will be the first of its kind in the district. Reviewed its progress with the dedicated team of Ushagram Lokshiksha Niketan and donated my books for their reading room. #AmritKaal #ViksitBharat2047
